Why we built Answertree
The technology channel moves billions of dollars a year through email. A vendor sends a quote request. Someone copies it into a spreadsheet, chases an SME for an answer, re-keys the result into a CRM, and forwards it on. Multiply that by every RFP, every security questionnaire, every purchase order, and you get the real cost: deals that should close in a day take a week, approvals get lost in threads, and the best answer your team ever wrote is buried in someone's sent folder.
We kept noticing the same thing about the distributors who were winning. They weren't working harder than everyone else. They'd stopped running deals out of an inbox and started running them as systems that were repeatable, auditable, and fast. A question came in and a compliant answer came out, the same afternoon.
Answertree turns that way of working into software. Not another tool to check, but a layer underneath the whole deal cycle: it reads the documents, drafts the answers from your own knowledge, keeps the audit trail, and pushes the result where it needs to go. We call it the HyperChannel Operating System: a set of modules that each handle one part of the cycle and together remove the re-keying, chasing, and copy-pasting that slows every channel team down.
We started Answertree as a team who had lived this problem inside the channel, because the people doing this work deserve better than a faster inbox. They deserve a system that does the busywork for them, so they can spend their time on the part only people can do: the relationship, the judgment, the close.
What we believe
The same principles we build into the product are the ones we run the company on
-
Workflows, not inboxes
Every process worth doing twice is worth making repeatable. We'd rather build the system than chase the thread.
-
Compliance is a feature, not a tax
Speed means nothing if you can't trust the output. We make the fast path the safe path — auditable by default, never an afterthought.
-
Protect what's confidential
Channel deals run on information that shouldn't leak between parties. We design for that from the first line of code, not the first complaint.
-
Ship the afternoon, not the quarter
Our customers measure their wins in hours saved. We hold ourselves to the same clock.
-
The answer should find you
Good software does the looking. We put the right answer in front of people instead of asking them to go dig for it.
The people behind the product
A creative, curious crew building things we believe in—together.

One operating system for the channel
Every module runs on HyperChannel OS — quotes, pricing, POs, SOWs and the partner workspace connect on one data flow, so a deal is entered once and never re-keyed.
